Overall Purpose:
The selected candidate will work under the direction of the Unit4 Business World (U4BW) Technical Lead and be responsible for providing mainly on-site support to the team, but also some remote support for configuration changes and updates identified in the current Release of Unit4 ERP Milestone 7: -
- Proposing and reviewing, alternatives and feasibility analysis and impact assessments for proposed complex system changes.
- Implement and maintain 3rd party customer portal integrations.
- Setup and maintain Electronic Data Interchange document integrations.
- Work with the U4BW System Administration Team to plan, setup, maintain, and analyse vendor facing API integrations and data.
- ensuring system configuration documentation is maintained.
- transferring configuration management skills to the permanent U4BW System Administration team.
- Setup and maintain Workspaces and Dynamic forms Workspaces?
Accountabilities:
- Accountable to the U4BW System Administration Team Lead for the delivery of change impact assessments and configuration assessments.
- Accountable to the U4BW System Administration Technical Lead for the delivery of configuration changes in line with UKAEA technical and business architecture requirements.
Specific Qualifications/Experience:
- Implementation and development experience of Business World (Agresso) milestone 4 or later
- Experience of Unit 4 Business World (Agresso) configuration build or modification in at least one of the following areas:
- Financials (S2C, R2R, Bank Reconciliation, Expenses, Fixed Assets, B2C)
- P2P
- HR and/or Payroll
- Experience of developing and configuring templates for bulk data load (BIF) and debugging these using SQL tools.
- Experience of workflow development, testing and implementation
- Report development and testing using both Excelerator and the web reporting tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel skills
- Experience of managing the user testing of a system would be beneficial but not essential (process is already be established).
First class planning and analytical skills with good communication skills.
Other Duties:
The Unit4 Technical Support Officer will be part of the U4BW System Administration team and will be expected to contribute to the development of the team organisation and technical skills based on their experience elsewhere.
