Our Consultancy based client based in Manchester is currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join thier team.

As a Consultant you will be working within a small team focussing on the delivery of live roles. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for job roles, managing the candidate experience from end to end and client account management. Responsibilities:

  • Selling vacancies professionally by interacting with candidates over the phone.
  • Ensuring live vacancies are fulfilled within the deadlines given with a strong understanding of live vacancies in the team (job board).
  • Following suitable job filling processes provided to ensure best results.
  • Protection of fees and margins and the ability to negotiate with candidates.
  • Engage in end-to-end recruitment strategy.
  • Ownership of weekly reporting.
  • Responsible for teams tactical planning - forecasting and predictions, job board management, resource management.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Prior Recruitment experience is essential
  • Ability to communicate within a fast-paced team environment
  • Driven with a competitive nature
  • Looking to progress within a reputable company
