Recruitment Consultant

Basic Salary: £30K-£60K based on exp plus OTE package
Full time office based 08.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Manchester

Our Consultancy based client based in Manchester is currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join thier team.

As a Consultant you will be working within a small team focussing on the delivery of live roles. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for job roles, managing the candidate experience from end to end and client account management. Responsibilities:

Selling vacancies professionally by interacting with candidates over the phone.
Ensuring live vacancies are fulfilled within the deadlines given with a strong understanding of live vacancies in the team (job board).
Following suitable job filling processes provided to ensure best results.
Protection of fees and margins and the ability to negotiate with candidates.
Engage in end-to-end recruitment strategy.
Ownership of weekly reporting.
Responsible for teams tactical planning - forecasting and predictions, job board management, resource management.

Requirements:

Excellent telephone manner
Prior Recruitment experience is essential
Ability to communicate within a fast-paced team environment
Driven with a competitive nature
Looking to progress within a reputable company
