Introduction & Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the Scotland team in Challenge trg Group. Challenge trg Group is a privately owned specialist logistics UK company that has a portfolio of complementary businesses.

It will be your responsibility to support the management of the complete candidate experience from prescreen right through to shift allocation for a number of different managed service sites across the central belt of Scotland, making sure we provide an engaging candidate journey and onboarding experience whilst fulfilling our client orders.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Placing ads and supporting the recruitment team with prescreen interviews

Liasing with on site management teams and planning daily and weekly hiring forecasts.

Thorough prescreening of candidates.

Supporting on site client introductions and Day 1 candidate experience.

Adhering to compliance with Right to Work checks for all candidates.

On-boarding administration of successful candidates

Key Qualifications / Experience

Initial contract to be Monday to Friday 8:00-5:00pm with flexibility on working hours to support the business needs

Previous experience on managing a recruitment desk with high volume experience (ideal but not essential)

Confident in using Microsoft applications especially excel

Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven

Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships

Able to work in a high-pressured environment

True desire to be developed and offer growth within the company

Full UK driving license with access to own transport (essential as travel across the central belt will be required with travel expenses covered)
