Ashley Kate are currently working with a well established healthcare company based in Warwickshire on their search for a People Advisor to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Full time - 40 hours per week

On-site 3 days a week, 2 days working from home

You will be responsible for delivering expert and customer focused, operational HR support as well as providing advice and guidance to resolve day-to-day queries. You will ensure that HR policies and procedures are shared and implemented effectively.

As the People Advisor you will support the Operational teams and will take ownership to ensure "Best Practice" is shared throughout the business to exceed overall HR Service standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for employee relations and other HR related queries for a designated area of the business.
  • Work with the HR Manager to Improve HR systems and processes and identify HR policy development changes needed to ensure excellent service.
  • End to end employee relations case management for a designated area of the business.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of HR regulatory requirements, guidance, and developments.
  • Project work with a focus on company culture and staff retention.
