Salary: £30,000 Per Annum
Experience Required: Full Time, 5 Day Working Week – including weekend work on a rota basis, 1 week in four working from home, Driving License Required
Responsibilities include: Responding to queries, Technical Support and training, CRM database maintenance, Daily file key management, Testing and product research, Support Workshop activities

Technical Support and training to dealers

The Ideal Candidate will have:

Strong IT skills including high knowledge of MS packages
Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal.
Good customer Service and Telephone Manner
Time management and organisational skills is key within this role whilst still providing excellent attention to detail.
