Position Details:
- Salary: £25,000 plus excellent benefits
- Location: Knaresborough
- Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM.
Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
As Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our client’s operations, ensuring seamless service delivery to all customers, while managing engineer’s diaries.
- Accurately manage the engineer’s diaries and inventory.
- Efficiently processing service orders to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinating purchase orders with various suppliers to procure necessary parts for service completion.
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries.
- Building and nurturing relationships with both customers and suppliers to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
- Update CRM system accurately.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Scheduling experience (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- IT literate.
