Finance Change Manager - Alderley Edge (Hybrid) - £75,000
My client is a leader in real estate that is looking for an experienced ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified Finance change professional to deliver value through process and system improvement.
The Role:
Sitting within their Change & Transformation function, as Finance Change Manager you will be responsible for delivering the change strategy and driving improvements within their Finance function across all core systems and processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading requirements gathering, building business cases, development and implementation and optimisation of financial systems and processes to support financial excellence.
- Establish project time lines to manage project resources effectively.
- Increase efficiency and reduce operational costs through process improvement initiatives.
- Manage transformation processes effectively to ensure a smooth transition.
- Create and maintain financial reports and KPIs to support decision making.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends in financial technology and process improvement.
Key requirements:
- A deep understanding of finance - backed by ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualifications.
- Commercial experience in an operational, core finance role
- Proven experience in delivering improvements across a finance function.
This is a first-in-post role so you will have autonomy to shape the role based on your experience.
