An excellent opportunity to join an established, forward thinking and growing business. Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving enquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Your varied role will include the following:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact for customers via telephone and email
  • Managing orders
  • Maintaining customer and product information, including setting up new customers
  • Working with the Internal team to ensure a smooth process for customers
  • Providing general product information to customers
  • Creating sales invoices and supporting with any queries
  • Supporting the marketing function as required with customer mailings
  • Supporting stock management of the warehouse including booking goods in

In order to excel in this role you will have the following knowledge and experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
  • Ability to buildand maintain positive working relationships
  • It would be a bonus to speak additionallanguages (this is not crucial)
