PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Aldershot, GU11
Salary: £32k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
Our client is a highly successful local Estate & Lettings Agency, and they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Manager.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking and happy helping their clients with property management issues. You MUST have previous experience as a Property Manager but the ability to be flexible in a role as part of a small close-knit firm is equally essential.
You will be responsible for all areas of the Lettings process from assisting with drawing up Tenancy Agreements and liaising with landlord and tenants so you must be an all-rounder and not be afraid to “muck in” with the day to day activities in the branch.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Experience in Property Management & Residential Lettings
- Experience in serving S21’s and S8 notices advantageous
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Stay calm under pressure
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- A confident team player
- Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
- Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
- Car driver with full UK driving license is essential
