Key Responsibilities

Deliver consistently high standards of customer service across all channels

Build strong rapport with customers and understand their needs

Handle phone, email, and online enquiries professionally

Respond to and manage cases related to emergency vehicle breakdowns and compliance events

Liaise with suppliers and workshops to arrange service and repairs

Monitor and follow up on cases, providing regular customer updates

Maintain accurate records and reports of all customer interactions

Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to meet departmental goals
What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service – ideally in a contact centre, retail, or sales environment

Strong communication skills – confident over phone and email

Professional, polite, and well-spoken manner

Excellent listener with the ability to identify key issues and solutions

Ability to prioritise, stay organised, and manage multiple cases at once

Understanding of warranty, compliance, and defect procedures
