Position: Home Manager
Pay rate: 52,200 - 56,700 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent employee benefits
Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
40 hours, Supernumerary hours

Responsibilities as a Home Manager:
* Overlook all home operations
* Ensure all work is done according to CQC regulations and NMC Code of conduct
* Provide support and development to all staff
* Ensure all residents receive tailored care

Requirements as a Home Manager:
* Active UK NMC Pin
* Previous nursing home experience as a deputy manager/home manager
