I am delighted to be recruiting for an Award winning RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice whose thriving team is comprised of talented Architects, Architectural Technicians and Planners. They take pride in delivering beautifully crafted, innovative and high quality designs throughout a number of sectors with specilist knowledge of the residential sector. Thier extensive combined experince provides them with a strong background in both design and technical aspects of projects earning them an excellent reputation. With a busy work load and plenty of exciting projects on the horizon they are seeking a driven Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their social team.
The Successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have experience working on residential projects with good technical abilities, creative approach to design and a confident user of AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:
- Sufficient post Part two qualification experience
- RIBA Part One and Part Two qualified
- Experience working on residential projects with house builders
- Confident communicator
- Well versed in AutoCAD and other industry standard software
- Keen eye for detail and boast design flare
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Driven to continuing professional development
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Be local to the Essex area
