Customer Service Assistant

Rhoose, Barry

18 month fixed term contract - with opportunity of permanent roles at end of contract

£12 per hour

4x positions for 42 hours per week, and 1x position for 25 hours per week

Acorn Recruitment are working with a regional and international logistics company based in Rhoose seeking Customer Service Assistants.

Job Duties:

* Primarily provides support to disabled passengers requiring special assistance and ensures that the customer experience is positive and inclusive.

* Maintaining excellence in terms of cleanliness and presentation across all areas of the site, including the physical cleaning of toilet facilities (following enhanced cleaning procedures and upholding high standards of health and safety).

* Work collaboratively with other departments across the site, assisting in duties where required to do so.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience working with people and / or cleaning would be ideal

* Ability to drive, or live very local to Rhoose is essential due to location of site

* Ability to work all shift patterns

* Must be able to pass criminal record check
