The role:

Brand new diverse role that someone can really make their own.
Ownership of all CRM channels, email and SMS campaigns and referral and loyalty programmes across three brands.
Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.

About you:

Strong understanding of the behaviour of online buyers
Ability to analyse traffic and trends and then make trading decisions that increase sales and profitability growth.
Enthusiastic about generating positive change and eager to progress alongside the business.
Driven and determined and confident working alongside the Marketing Manager as a force for future growth.
