Production Supervisor required by well-established and successful engineering company, to work at their site in Slough. The successful Production Supervisor will provide leadership, organise workload and ensure that quality standards are met.

Main Responsibilities Production Supervisor

• Planning and scheduling work to meet production objectives and targets, ensuring KPI’s and performance outputs are monitored and met.
• Leading and motivating a team of electronic assembly operatives.
• Creating and implementing operating processes and procedures.
• Reporting on management information and performance.
• Problem solving and continous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance to health and safety and quality standards.
• Assessing the performance of team members and providing training when required.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Production Supervisor

• A background within a similar role as a Production Supervisor / Team Leader/Manager. ideally gained within an electronic engineering/manufacturing or equivalent environment.
• Experience of analysing data and providing management reports.
• A confident communication style with the ability to influence others.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• The ability to interpret drawings and BOMs.
• Flexibility for overseas travel to meet the need of the business.
