Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a Recycling Operative to work with our client based across 3 depots. These depots are based in Weston-Super-Mare (BS22), Backwell (BS48) and Portishead (BS20).

Immediate Start

Shifts will be spread across Monday to Sunday, which changes weekly based on client demand.

Working across 3 separate sites in Backwell, Weston-Super-Mare, and Portishead.

Shift times will range, starting from 08:00AM until 18:00PM depending on site.

Weekly Pay - £11.44 Per Hour

You do not need previous experience in the recycling industry; however, we are looking for hard working, reliable and forward-thinking Workers who can represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

This role will include:

Greeting and interacting with customers that arrive on site, in a professional and helpful manner
Directing traffic to available parking bay’s
Helping customers with queries or issues and assist when extra support is needed
Monitor waste drop off areas, to ensure all deposited waste is placed into the correct bays and containers
General duties will include cleaning the yard to prevent any accidents to the public as well as yourself and other staff members
Full PPE is supplied however you will need your own safety boots, which is essential to wear at all times whilst on site
Full training and induction will be provided
Must have own transport to travel to all 3 depots in North Somerset, mentioned above
A weekly rota will be provided based on the client demands, so must be flexible with working days and shift times
