A growing property investment firm is seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director during a pivotal stage of growth. This is a hands-on and influential role that demands exceptional organisational skills, business acumen, and the ability to operate as a true strategic partner to the MD.

As the business scales, the Executive Assistant will be instrumental in enabling the Managing Director to focus on high-level priorities, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by making a tangible impact on business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, providing proactive and strategic support in all aspects of business operations

• Own and manage the MD’s complex calendar, ensuring optimal prioritisation of time and alignment with strategic objectives

• Coordinate and prepare for key meetings, including board sessions and high-level client engagements, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-ups are managed effectively

• Oversee the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing documents to support decision-making at the highest level

• Manage travel arrangements and logistics, ensuring seamless execution for both domestic and international commitments

• Serve as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and effective communication

• Anticipate needs, identify opportunities for efficiency, and resolve issues before they escalate

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

• Support special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring deliverables are tracked and achieved on time

About you:

• A highly organised and resourceful professional with proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a senior administrative role supporting leadership

• Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion, integrity, and professionalism at all times

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident in adopting digital tools and platforms

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability and agility are key

• Previous experience within property, finance, or professional services is advantageous but not essential
