Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IVA (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) Specialist with a desire to expand their expertise into corporate insolvency administration. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your existing knowledge of IVAs while receiving comprehensive training to transition into a Corporate Insolvency Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate cases, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine eligibility and suitability for the clients products such as CVL's, MVL's, Administrations or Liquidation.
  • Liaise with creditors and negotiate favorable terms for proposals on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to streamline operations and optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in administering IVAs, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, particularly in assessing financial viability and risk.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a willingness to undergo training for corporate insolvency administration.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or insolvency (e.g., CPI, ) are desirable but not essential.
