They're looking for experienced Senior QSs to join their currently expanding commercial team to match their new house build project expansion in the Northwest. Offering c. 55,000 - c.80,000 p/a + company car or car allowance
North-west leading Civil Engineering contractor specialising in ground works for the house building and residential market. They work with some of the largest building contractors in the UK on projects such as New Build, Schools, Supermarkets, Hospital and health care, Education, and commercial buildings.
The Quantity Surveyor Will be involved in the commercial management of multiple 10million - 20million projects with some of the largest House building clients in the Northwest.
Essential to success in this position is having experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Groundworks projects for new house build sites!
