Harte Consulting have established a partnership with a multi award winning estate agent, based in Ambleside in the South Lakes, who are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager and Trainee Valuer to join their established team.

As Assistant Sales Manager and Trainee Valuer, you'll be supported by a dedicated, established and hardworking team who value collaboration and excellence.

The role:
  • Handle day-to-day sales related enquiries, manage sales from application through to completion.
  • Manage the instruction process, seller contact, offer handling, sales chasing, withdrawals and fall throughs.
  • Source and arrange appraisals, viewings and other appointments.
  • Be responsible for bringing new properties to market.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Undertake market appraisals and secure listings.
  • Provide expert valuation, property preparation and marketing advice for prospective sellers or landlords.
  • Prepare descriptive content for marketing material.
  • Manage office supplies, place orders and monitor invoices to ensure they are correct.
The Person:
  • Previous estate agency or relevant experience within the industry
  • Previous experience in managing people.
  • An interest in property and the willingness to develop additional skills to enhance both personal growth and that of the business.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the valuation and sales processes along with relevant compliance
  • Ability to identify and secure new business.
The package:
  • Annual salary alongside uncapped performance related bonus schemes (negotiable DOE)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays
