Online data & insight managerAmersham based£40.000 - £50.000 Per annum

DK Recruitment is seeking for an experienced online data & insight manager for our client in Amersham. Our client is looking for someone that can ensure their data is unified, reliable, easily accesible and digestible whilst driving insight to improve our clients customer experience and business performance.

The role requires a very experienced individual with 3 years experience of connecting complex data sets and managing data architecture, being a thought leader and hands on in building effective and automated reporting.Knowledge of PowerBI, manthan, Hybris, Tableau and advanced skills in excel would be extremely beneficial for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the digital analytics capabilities
• Work closely with selected 3rd party to ensure data accuracy and delivery of the data
• Building robust forecasting, digital channel budget builds and business case formulation
• Lead a ruthless drive to consolidate, improve and automate the report suite

Experience:

• 3 years experience in a smiliar role, ideally within a omnichannel retail business with a large range portfolio.
• Experience in managing agencies, third parties and technology vendors
• Strong presentation skills, with an ability to communicate technical material.
• Budget planning
• Experience of project management to deliver business change.
• Ability to manage and transform datasets, experience with GA4, Big Query, Hybris would be helpful.
• Experience of visualizing data with software including PowerBI & Tableau
• Solution orientated with creative and innovative thinking.
