With continued success and expansion, an opportunity arises for a Quality Assurance Technologist to join a dynamic and proactive team, where you will be responsible for liaising with internal departments, providing quality and safety advice and monitoring product performance statistics.This role would suit those with a Quality Assurance background in product based industries, that wish to apply their skills and expertise in a dynamic and creative environment with the opportunity to progress into Product Design.The Role:

• Conduct, document & communicate new product risk assessments, identifying test requirements and potential quality and safety risks.
• Investigate & identify the root cause for products performing outside acceptable levels and follow up corrective action.
• Monitor product performance statistics in terms of returns, store & customer complaints, internet reviews & product incidents & provide regular product performance updates.
• Support the UK Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager
• Provide advice on the quality, safety & compliance of new product initiatives.
