Wild Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a leading client based in Andover in their search for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, this role does involve converting inbound calls into sales
Duties include:
- Listening to customers and offering packages and services suitable to them
- Converting each call into a potential sale
- Processing payment over the phone
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Calling customers back if agreed
- Provide empathetic customer service at all times
- Ensuring customers feel valued and provide all information on services
Ideally you will:
- Have experience in a customer service or sales role
- Be able to communicate with empathy
- Be personable on the phone
- Have worked in a fast paced environment as call levels can be high during peak times
