A social housing provider in London are looking for a talented Employee Relations Partner to play a crucial role in their HR operations.Position: Employee Relations Partner Location: LondonSalary: £50,511 per annumLength: Until March 2025Start: ASAPHours: Full -time / 37 hours per weekDUTIES
  • To develop and implement medium to long term people related solutions within the specialisms of Resolutions or Health & Wellbeing.
  • Provide a key Employee Relations support via proactive and timely case management to all business  leaders.
  • Dealing with complex and/or critical employee relations issues using analysis, experience, and expertise.
  • Alternative dispute resolution, specifically workplace mediation and/or restorative practice.
  • Share accountability with the other specialist within your team for developing and evolving focused activities.
REQUIREMENTS
  • CIPD Level 7 / HR Management Degree or equivalent related qualification.
  • Chartered MCIPD status.
  • Workplace Mediation or Restorative Practice experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice to enable leaders to effectively manage their teams.
  • Proficient level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent writing and language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with leaders and other key stakeholders.
