Role: In Service Engineer

Location: Hybrid - 2 days s week to start then 1 day a week in Andover
IR35: Inside IR35
Pay Rate to Candidate: £681.74 Umbrella
Clearance: Active SC Clearance
Minimum Requirement:
- Engineering qualification (IEng or equivalent) / Engineering background/Military background
- Engage with all stakeholders, especially the Field Army and Army HQ, to ensure their buy-in to the process and ensure that the new programmes being delivered (CR3, AJAX, BOXER, ARCHER) con-sider the A&RP Evolve process requirements.
- Needs to understand the Army collective training Model
- Understand how the Army are constructed and function
- Understand the existing A&RP Evolve methodology.
- Understand how the Army trains
- Understand current Systems including JAMES, CHURCHILL and the EASM(H) tool.
Summary of role:
- Work with Field Army and Army HQ to develop the templates required for each Event conducted by the Field Army.
- Develop the Activity and Resource Planning (A&RP) Evolve Automation process that clearly articulates roles and responsibilities across the Enterprise.
- Expand the process to cover all LAND Vehicles covered by the current Activity and Resource Planning process.
- Review the current processes and identify opportunities to improve the processes across the Support Enterprise.
