Pay Rate to Candidate: £681.74 Umbrella

Clearance: Active SC Clearance

Minimum Requirement:

  • Engineering qualification (IEng or equivalent) / Engineering background/Military background
  • Engage with all stakeholders, especially the Field Army and Army HQ, to ensure their buy-in to the process and ensure that the new programmes being delivered (CR3, AJAX, BOXER, ARCHER) con-sider the A&RP Evolve process requirements.
  • Needs to understand the Army collective training Model
  • Understand how the Army are constructed and function
  • Understand the existing A&RP Evolve methodology.
  • Understand how the Army trains
  • Understand current Systems including JAMES, CHURCHILL and the EASM(H) tool.

Summary of role:

  • Work with Field Army and Army HQ to develop the templates required for each Event conducted by the Field Army.
  • Develop the Activity and Resource Planning (A&RP) Evolve Automation process that clearly articulates roles and responsibilities across the Enterprise.
  • Expand the process to cover all LAND Vehicles covered by the current Activity and Resource Planning process.
  • Review the current processes and identify opportunities to improve the processes across the Support Enterprise.
