As the CRM Developer you will be responsible for designing, delivering, developing and maintaining their CRM systems. You will closely work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers to ensure their CRM solutions align with the business objectives.
You will have proven, extensive experience within CRM development, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Development: Design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions using industry-leading CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics), with support from the external partner.
Roadmap & Innovation: Create the technical and functional pipeline for CRM improvements.
Customisation: Customise CRM systems to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom modules, workflows, and reports.
Testing and QA: Implement testing methodologies to ensure that CRM customisations work as intended.
Integration: Integrate CRM systems with other business applications and third-party tools to ensure data consistency and enhance functionality.
