Customer Service and Sales Advisor
A leading organisation based in Toomebridge Co Antrim, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service and Sales Advisor.
This is a Full-Time permanent position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 9am-1pm
Salary – £24,000 to £25,000
Job Details
The role requires the successful candidate to work alongside our existing sales team, providing assistance and support to our customers, preserving service standards and responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
We require an individual with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position and someone who is proactive and forward thinking, who can communicate clearly with our customers and other team members.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Organised and efficient
- Driven and enthusiastic
- Good command of the written English language.
- Able to take responsibility for and ownership of, tasks and see them through to completion.
- Previous experience within the manufacturing sector will be a great advantage.
Duties
- Responding efficiently to both external and internal customer service enquiries.
- Ensuring prompt and accurate completion of relevant data administration.
- Maintaining agreed service standards and quality levels.
- Proactively contribute to the completion of the team's workload.
