Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will provide exemplary patient care, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of nursing services.
- Act as a clinical leader, offering guidance and support to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of nursing practice and adherence to protocols.
- Participate in staff development, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the implementation and evaluation of care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will possess a Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience as a Senior Registered Nurse or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
