Head of Catering
I am working with an award-winning Contract Catering company who are looking to recruit a Head of Catering for a top Independent School based in the Home Counties.
My client provides the day-to-day catering service to up to 1600 pupils and staff daily. As well as breakfast, lunch, and supper service for the boarders. Alongside their day-to-day catering, they have a dedicated hospitality team who cater for a vast array of events across the campus at the various galleries and sports pavilions.
My client pride themselves on making everything from scratch, starting with the fresh bread every day. Their core menus contain both traditional and cutting-edge foods from around the world.
Manging the heads of department, chefs and front-of-house staff the Head of Catering will be tasked with managing the contract's financial budgets and delivering the very high standards they are renowned for. The Head of Catering will be a strategic manager who can take ownership of various ongoing projects.
Ideally, the Head of Catering will have a background in independent education or high-end business and industry catering within a commercial environment.
