Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time ReceptionistHours: Monday to Friday, 9am-1pm (20 hour week)

Salary - £28,500 pro rata + excellent company benefits!

My client, based in Ascot, is looking for a part time Receptionist to join their friendly small team, you will be the first point of contact for all guests, delivering a flawless premium in-office experience. This role actively embodies the client's culture and standards by creating a positive, supportive, and respectful working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all guests, delivering an exceptional, seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Assist guests with bespoke requests, ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
  • Welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage the Client Suite meeting rooms, ensuring they are always stocked, set up, and ready for use.
  • Maintain a neat, tidy, and clean working environment.
  • Open and distribute post, ensuring outgoing post is collected each day.
  • Liaise with the Central Team on business requests, including maintenance issues, courier requests, confidential waste removal, and equipment requests.
  • Conduct daily audits of key equipment, making fault reports in line with protocols.

Skills & Experience:

  • Impeccable presentation, adhering to a strict dress code and uniform requirements (uniform is provided).
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Handle crisis issues with speed and tact.
  • Passion for premium service, attention to detail, and an intuitive understanding of individuals’ expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
