We are seeking individuals with a drive for success and a commitment to excellence to join our team as Hotel Receptionists /Guest Hosts. This is a 5* hotel with a modern approach and the role is very hands on, you will be directly involved in making the guest experience something special. As a Receptionist/Guest Host, you will be responsible for seamless guest check-ins, exceeding expectations by researching your guests requirements, offering local area knowledge, and ensuring a memorable experience during their time with you. From driving them to their room to arranging their departure you'll act as more than a receptionist, you are a point of call, someone who understands the guest stay and what their experience should look like. With every booking unique you’ll find this an interesting, dynamic and ever moving environment.Requirements:Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.Previous hospitality experience from a similar environment, or be able to demonstrate an understanding of the level of service required. Must be able to work on a 5 day out of 7 basis, this means some weekend working on a rota basis. Ideally has knowledge of reception booking systems for example Opera or Fidelio
