We are seeking an outstanding Teacher of Science to join our dynamic and friendly team at our secondary school in Maidenhead. This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to contribute to the academic and personal development of our students.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in A-level Physics, Chemistry, Biology, BTEC L3 Applied Science, CTEC Environmental Science, and Medical Science.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure students reach their full potential.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Science Faculty to co-construct a high-quality curriculum and enhance extracurricular activities.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of educational best practices and innovations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Specialisation in Biology or Chemistry, with the ability to teach across both subjects being advantageous.
  • A strong passion for science and education, with a commitment to inspiring and motivating students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.
