Role Overview As the Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations at the hotel, including the protection of property, assets, and individuals. You will lead a team of security officers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest standards of safety and security are always maintained.03. Additionally, you will collaborate with other hotel departments and external stakeholders to address security concerns and implement effective security measures. Requirements
Previous experience in a security role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Valid SIA license and first aid certification is desirable.
