MULTISKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEERASHBOURNE£44,000 - £46,000THREE SHIFT PATTERN

This is a great opportunity to join a Marketing Leading innovate manufacturing company. Working with this well-established brand you will be involved all aspects of Maintenance work within the manufacturing unit. This role offers a stable and secure career path for motivated engineers. This role would suit candidate that are looking for long term career stability and techncial development, working alongside their established engineering team. Role & Responsibilities

  • Resolve reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance requests submitted into the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) to minimise equipment downtime as required.
  • Lead installation work to the required standard, supporting site and process modifications including supplies and services to work equipment.
  • Carry out mechanical/electrical installation in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing by capturing and training out key learning points to colleagues or others. Where appropriate document or instigate preventative planned work as a result of that learning.
  • Update the CMMS asset history by completion of Works Order information and spares / repair requirements. Health & Safety activities such as full and rapid risk assessments of tasks and occasional working under permit to work.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Suitable Engineering Qualification
  • Experience of fault finding and repair on PLC's, electrical, robotic, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
  • Experience working within Automated Manufacturing
  • Previously worked within Industrial Engineering
  • Ability to work within a Team Environment
