Working for a logistics and transport business based in Ashbourne. You will become part of an owner-managed business renowned as specialists within their industry.

As the Administrator you will be working within a relaxed and friendly office environment and play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the business functions and ensuring the smooth operation of financial activities.

Collaboration and effective communication with the Accounts Manager and other team members will be key to supporting the growth of this business.

Please note: This opportunity is available on a part time basis.

What we need from you?

  • Sales and Purchase ledger support.
  • Processing and checking driver invoices.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Chasing and collating staff expenses/receipts.
  • Collate and check payroll information is accurate.
  • Provide support with processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • General finance administration.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider business as required including the transport and workshop team.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

What you need to succeed?

  • Experienced user of Office 365 including Excel
  • Previous experience within a similar Finance role.
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
