Description
路 Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
路 Balance sheet reconciliation preparation and first line review
路 Support drafting statutory accounts, as well as consolidated travel accounts and first point of contact for external auditor queries
路 Preparation of regulatory returns (CAA/ABTA reporting)
路 Submission of actual results and forecast into the group consolidation system (Cognos Controller experience beneficial).
路 IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 journal posting
路 Ad-hoc management accounting tasks at month end.
路 Supporting other requests, such as coordinating financial due diligence checks for potential suppliers.
路 Assist with implementing process improvement and proactively progressing/coordinating any actions.
路 Support the testing and implementation of a new General Ledger system.
Profile
A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
