Role Overview: You will mainly focus on forging, sustaining, and refining reusable HTML templates tailored for dynamic content. A sound grasp of webpage layouts and responsive designs, especially in CSS display: grid and column layouts, is essential. Mastery over JavaScript and a familiarity with tools like Figma stand paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and sustain reusable HTML templates, earmarked for dynamic content.
  • Deploy updates; liaise with QA/Design for feedback.
  • Craft well-structured, efficient code via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Imbibe responsive design paradigms for consistent content rendering.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate designs seamlessly into code.
  • Interpret and apply Figma designs.
  • Execute tests and debugging across varied browsers/platforms.
  • Team up with back-end developers to meld front-end design with server-side dynamics.
  • Stay aligned with emerging tech trends, integrating them into daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HTML developer or similar role
  • Or proven experience working with HTML (if a recent graduate)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive layouts and design principles.
  • Familiarity with software like Figma (or equivalent) for reading and implementing design plans.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisation skills to manage your work and updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field is preferred.
