Internal Recruiter

Location: KentJob Type: TemporarySalary: £15-£20ph 

We are on the lookout for an Internal Recruiter to join our HR team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for talent and a dedication to fostering a strong company culture through strategic recruitment efforts.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with relevant team members.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience, representing the company brand effectively.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and extending job offers.
  • Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, HR Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle and various selection methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and HR databases.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously.
