We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Surveyor/Clerk of Works to join one of the North East's largest and most successful housing providers.
The right candidate will be working on planned maintenance projects and assisting the Head of Assets where necessary.

Responsibilities of the Surveyor/Clerk of Works role:

  • Support delivery and control of the functions of the 'Client' Property service, embedding commercials, continuous improvement and customer involvement at its core
  • Contribute to the delivery of effective and efficient value for money, high quality, customer focused and innovative services
  • Provide site representation, works inspection and handover duties
  • Assist in identifying potential areas for investment and implement strategies relating to long-term sustainability

Requirements of the Surveyor/Clerk of Works role:

  • Previous experience validating surveys for proposed works
  • Experience working on Stock Condition Surveys
  • Ideally background within Social Housing
  • Completed work surveys/handovers
