The right candidate will be working on planned maintenance projects and assisting the Head of Assets where necessary.
Responsibilities of the Surveyor/Clerk of Works role:
- Support delivery and control of the functions of the 'Client' Property service, embedding commercials, continuous improvement and customer involvement at its core
- Contribute to the delivery of effective and efficient value for money, high quality, customer focused and innovative services
- Provide site representation, works inspection and handover duties
- Assist in identifying potential areas for investment and implement strategies relating to long-term sustainability
Requirements of the Surveyor/Clerk of Works role:
- Previous experience validating surveys for proposed works
- Experience working on Stock Condition Surveys
- Ideally background within Social Housing
- Completed work surveys/handovers
