Our client specializes in HMO conversions within the Greater Manchester area and is seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join their team as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing all aspects of the quantity surveying process.
- Support the business owner in project management and cost estimation.
- Conduct site visits and assessments as required with support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
- Maintain high standards of work and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Education: A minimum qualification of a degree in quantity surveying.
- Eager to Learn: Strong desire to develop skills and grow within the role.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and contribute positively to the team.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license is essential.
- Transportation: Access to transportation for commuting to various project sites.
