School

Pupils
- Aged 11-16.
- One to one and in small groups.
- Range of different Special Educational Needs, including ASD, ESBD, ADHD, physical disabilities and various learning difficulties.
Learning Support Department
- Supportive and welcoming.
- Well-run by an experienced SENCO.
- Varied provision to meet pupils’ needs.
Role of the Learning Support Assistant
- Hours: 8:30 - 3:30.
- 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
- Starting ASAP.
- Supporting pupils in the and independently where necessary.
Ideal Learning Support Assistant
- Genuine interest in supporting disadvantaged young people.
- Reliable and committed.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Experience of working with under 16s.
- Able to work independently and on own initiative.
