Shipping Coordinator (12-Month FTC)
£24,000-£25,000 Per Annum

Do you have import/export/shipping experience? Are you looking for an exciting new challenge and the chance to work in-house as part of a fantastic team? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! You will be working for an established company with a truly global customer base.
What will the role involve?
- Arranging worldwide shipment and ensuring high standards of export documentation and compliance.
- Liasing with Freight Forwarders ad ensuring logistical accuracy.
- Preparing documents for customs clearance/delivery
- Advising customers of shipment details
- Expediting planned shipments and liaising with necessary internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
What will you ideally bring to the role?
- Previous experience in a Logistics / Shipping role
- Knowledge of sea & air freight handling
- Understanding of Incoterms & import/export
- Experience working with Shipping and Export ERP system.
- Good attention to detail and strong administration / organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
