Metalis is working in partnership with a prestigious metalwork company in Oldham who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Welder on a 12 week temporary to permanent contract.

Job Duties:

Sheet metal MIG & TIG Welding - Fabricating thin plate (1-3mm)
Reviewing technical / engineering drawings and sketches.
Inspecting work
Maintaining welding equipment and machines etc.
Using various power tools.
Adhering to welding company processes.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication
Excellent knowledge of MIG & TIG welding processes in sheet metal
Ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
Happy with variation in their work
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Salary & Shift:

Monday to Friday
Days only
£16.00ph - £17.00ph DOE
