Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2024 they are looking for aDesign Engineer to join their Engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities:
Leading mechanical design, development and prototype of new projects. Product improvement assignments

Design of products using SolidWorks, DFMA requirements, maintaining technical compatibility

Carry out FMEA studies on designs and prototypes

Completion of test documentation, compliance reports, new product development test summaries

Considering new components, materials and technologies to evaluate functionality



Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Degree

Strong attention to detail

Working with SolidWorks design packages
