Role: Administrator - 6 month contract
Location: Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Contract: Full time, Monday to Friday
*This is a 6 month contract with immediate start*
Main Responsibilities of Administrator:
- Daily communication with clients to coordinate events from initial inquiry to execution.
- Comprehending market trends and client preferences to tailor services accordingly.
- Handling a high volume of information through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and other platforms.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to create quotes, presentations, and gain insight into budgeting and profitability.
- Coordinating and overseeing event logistics, including equipment arrangements, transportation booking, and accommodation sourcing.
- Daily communications with internal departments, finance, warehouse, and safety team.
Key Essentials of Administrator:
- Strong administrative experience
- Catering/event experience is an advantage
- Strong basic Excel skills
- Computer literate able to use Microsoft packages
- Great communication skills
- Full UK Driver's License and access to own vehicle
