We’re seeking a well-organised administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, to support our Community Engagement team

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality admin support including monitoring compliance schedules, invoice processing, updating records, and preparing reports.

Arrange and attend meetings: book venues, organise catering, prepare agendas, and take minutes. •

Maintain effective electronic and paper-based admin systems.

Respond to enquiries with a customer-focused approach, offering basic advice and signposting.

Ensure all activities comply with organisational policies (e.g. Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity).

Collaborate with the wider Business Support Team, providing cover and assistance as needed.

About you:

We’re looking for a proactive Business Support Assistant who enjoys working with a diverse range of people and taking ownership of varied admin tasks to deliver efficient service.

For this role you will need:

  • GCSE-level education (or equivalent), with good literacy and numeracy.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with admin processes.
  • Intermediate IT skills (MS Office).
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and solve problems practically.
