They are looking for someone who has experience dealing with a high volume of incoming calls, as well as someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills!

Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Answering incoming customer and claims calls
- Carry out outbound calls to customers
- Dealing with customers enquiries
- Dealing with customers complaints
- Keeping all policies and procedures and terms and conditions up to date
