I am currently working with a precision engineering client in Aylesbury who are looking for an Accounts Admin to join the accounts team.
Main responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls
- Processing staff expenses and credit cards
- Processing daily/ monthly reporting
- Liaising with customers, production team and suppliers
- Purchasing ledger including matching, coding, posting purchase invoices, credits and reconciling statements
- Resolving any internal and external queries
- Producing invoices, credits and allocating payments
To be considered for this position you will have an an Accounts/ Admins position previously and handled some kind of purchasing.
