A supportive secondary school in Long Crendon is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students and gaining valuable school-based experience.

Role Overview:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students

• Assist with classroom management and organisation

• Help prepare and maintain learning resources

• Collaborate with staff to monitor student progress and behaviour

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting

• Confident, reliable, and enthusiastic about education

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to use initiative and work well as part of a team

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
