Graduate Teaching Assistant

Daily Rate: £90 - £120 per day

• Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help

• Assist in planning and preparing learning materials and classroom resources

• Help pupils stay focused, motivated, and engaged in their learning

• Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and encourage positive behaviour

• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to meet individual learning needs

• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• A recent graduate from any discipline (e.g., education, psychology, English, science, etc.)

• Passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning

• Experience working or volunteering with children (in any setting) is beneficial but not essential

• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils

• Competitive daily rate of £90–£120
